Pyrador Puppies

Pyrador puppies – $500

We have a litter of Labrador – Great Pyrenees cross pups, also known as Pyradors. They will be ready to go to new homes April 18th or later (eight weeks, they were born February 21st).

Mama “Dilly”, born December 2015, is a beautiful English cream yellow lab. Dilly sticks close to home and is on-site at all times. She is eager to please, loyal and follows us everywhere. She loves being part of our daily farm life. During the Spring she has been known to rescue escaped chicks and bring them to her master. She has a very gentle mouth and the chicks have survived. She is also highly intelligent and easily trained.

Furry, our male, was our first addition January 2, 2014. He has been a loyal protector of our chickens and caring midwife to our goats. He is sweet and gentle with all animals and people. He is half Great Pyrenees, one-quarter Akbash, and one-quarter Maremma.

Silas asks that a $100 non-refundable deposit be given to hold a puppy. He is asking $5000 for each pup, so he asks $400 upon picking up your pup.

We prefer the use on non-GMO feed, such as Diamond Naturals, when available. We hope that in not feeding genetically modified dog food, our pets will be less likely to have poor health.

Each has a strong, thick, soft coat and lots of skin. They have all shown ability for training. Typically Pyradors are not Livestock Guardians or Hunting dogs.

Black Widow (Female) – Black with speckled white paws. She is laid back and observes more. She does not like to leave the ground.

Spotsy (Male) – Black with white paws. He is energetic and loves to play. He will enjoy an active family. He is our best cuddler and very personable. He’s not shy, even at the vet.

Butter (Male) – Cream He is a natural protector. He does not quickly bond to everyone, but will be a loyal protector of his family. He likes his morning naps. He has more of the Pyrenees tendencies of being aware of and alerting (barking) when there is movement or things happening nearby, especially in the dark.

Paws (Male) – Unavailable – Black with white paws with broad face. He is quite muscular. He is also calm and laid back.
